Hey there, my name is Heidi. I am 33 years old, mother to my beautiful little girls Evaila and Saylor and lover of all things personal development, radical self responsibility and manifestation. In 2015 I graduated University with a First Class Degree in Counselling. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for helping other people and this has become evident in the way I share my life journey and experiences, in the hopes that it will positively impact others in doing so. In 2019 I became a single mother and moved in with a family friend to get back on my feet and save for a home for us both. During my time there, there was a hidden camera and I discovered a historical case of abuse towards vulnerable women. From that moment on I knew I had to make some drastic changes to my life. I quit alcohol, took radical responsibility for myself and decided I was going to drastically change my life. I used to be a highly anxious people pleaser, who didn’t have a voice. Since doing a deep dive into therapy, I have reclaimed my voice, and I want to make it my life mission to help other people do the same. I like to share my life journey and inspire others to do the same for themselves along the way.
